The Fourth Annual Manifesto Festival kicks off on Sept. 20 with the Governor General’s “Can We Talk?” Youth Dialogue, followed by an entire week of mind-blowing art exhibitions, jaw-dropping dance competitions, film screenings, workshops/seminars, pop-up arts market and much more. The spectacular festival will culminate on Sept. 26 with a massive FREE outdoor concert at Yonge-Dundas Square headlined by J.Period and Black Thought (of The Legendary Roots Crew) and co-headlined by Jay Electronica.

Manifesto will transform the city for seven days into a culture-bed of music, art and dance igniting eight venues with over 120 artists offering something for everyone. Bigger and more exciting than ever!
