Ever since its inception, The Remix Project has sought to incubate and mentor raw talent throughout the city with the help of its resident instructors. Over the years, dozens of graduates have made a name for themselves in Toronto by using the tools that they were given through the Remix Project, including 40, Bryan Espirtu, DJ Wristpect and Bryan Brock.
On Monday July 30th, The Remix Project continued their ongoing-project of enriching and educating the young adults of Toronto when it hosted a 2 hour long Blogging Workshop at their Pardee Ave location for 40 of the city’s brightest and most ambitious minds. The workshop featured Karen Civil, Lowkey & Meka and was moderated by Remix 3.0’s very own graduate, Karla Moy.

Dozens of topics were discussed, and at the end of the multi hour workshop the attendants walked away with some tips on how to earn a profit from blogging, how to use blogs to further any existing opportunities and how to bring awareness to their current blog.
We hope that everyone who was able to make it out to the workshops was able to take away the knowledge they were looking for. Special thanks go out to Lowkey, Meka, Karen Civil, and the Remix staff.
