The night was young and Queen West was loud. Last Thursday, some of Toronto’s best hip hop talented performed under one roof at Tattoo. Curated by yours truly and hosted by Big Norm, the showcase featured city-favourites: A-Game, APB (formerly known as The Airplane Boys), Tre Mission, and Naturally Born Strangers. Although we experienced some little technical difficulties, I was able to keep the crowd entertained by showcasing my newly developed DJ artistry. A little nervous but at ease, I had the pleasure of spinning in front of a crowd for the first time ever.

I would like to personally thank all 500 of you that came out to support your local talent and I’m looking forward to doing this again. If you missed the showcase or would like to relive it through stills, check out these colourful shots by Anilh. A special thank you goes out to Noisey Canada and Jameson Irish Whiskey for sponsoring our Canadian Music Week event.
