Congratulations to Dwayne Carter aka Lil Wayne aka Weezy aka Tunechi for winning a MTV2 Sucker Free Summit award for his No Ceilings mixtape. It was titled the Mixtape of the Year and it was an honor to contribute to this project by designing the mixtape cover. I still look at it today with a smile on my face. I’m about a month late but finally, I uploaded this footage. While I was on my blogging/tweeting journey at the 2010 MuchMusic Video Awards, I sat on the couch in the Virgin Mobile VVIP Lounge with my MMVA partner Andrew Bravener. Matt and Liz interviewed us about what we had done thus and who we blogged about. That night is a night I will never forget. Thanks again MuchMusic & Virgin Mobile!
P.S. I’m still dying ay my facial expressions. My mother had told me to stop but…talk about living for the moment! I was happy and excited! Ha!
I recently finished working on my bestfriend’s photography portfolio. Her name is Kameelah Sudlow and she currently resides in Queens, NY. She came up with the title Smile For The Kam which I find pretty clever. She also took most of the shots on my website header and has an eye for it all.

Last month I celebrated the end of my high school journey with prom. Because Drake was on tour overseas, he couldn’t be my date. So with that said, I got to go with my other team member, P. Reign. I had the time of my life and it was great to have all my peers in one place after school hours…to party of course! I put together a little montage of pictures from that night to showcase what I wore. Thank you again to P. Reign for tagging along as my partner. It was fun to teach you how to slow dance, ha!
Before I forget, big thank you to Brazen Hussy for my wonderful white Sima 2-Tier prom dress. Also, thanks to Hadi and T-RexXx for making everything happen that night! I love you and appreciate you all.

I could make this a long blog post by including the marvelous things I’ve done in the past 365 days, but I won’t. Yesterday evening I finally graduated from high school. This is one of the moments I cherish in life because high school is that stage that prepares you for the better as well as the future.

I can’t believe 4 years went by so quick. Matter fact, I can’t believe that today I’m that 17 year old you kept hearing about; meaning, I am now 18 years old :D – yipppiiieee! It’s just so great to see my dreams come true at such a young age. Also, to see a huge amount of individuals support me is a blessing. I would love to give a big thank you to those who believed in me from the jump, to those who genuinely cared, to those who stuck around throughout the years and to those that joined me in my journey whether it was midway through or near the end. Shouts to my family, my friends, my peers, my team and my supporters. I love and appreciate you all. Last but not least, thank you to J. Cole, Malice, Pusha T, Karen Civil, Hit-Boy, Chase N. Cashe, Soulja Boy (as well as to everybody else) for taking the time out to wish me a happy birthday. Muah! xo
This past Sunday was the 2010 MuchMusic Video Awards and while you guys were watching it on TV, Andrew and I were backstage tweeting, twitpic’ing, facebooking, taping and taking pitchas! Anyways, here are a few photos as well some videos I took with my flip cam à la YN. Big thank you to MuchMusic and Virgin Mobile for this amazing experience. Oh and, I’m so happy to finally meet Justin Bieber <3 xo - Katy Perry is super funny – Miley Cyrus is great – Drake is and will always be the greatest – Adam Lambert is super nice – and, the lightskin guy from Down With Webster is very hot. Okay, I’m done.
P.S. I have an Adam Lambert interview that I’ll throw up in a bit. He’s great!
